Cat FAQ

How long does it take to groom a cat?

Each appointment takes approximately 2 hours.

How much does grooming cost?

Prices vary depending on the haircut that is desired and the temperament of your cat.

Do I need to bring anything if my cat is getting groomed?

All cats must come in their crates.

Does my cat need to be spayed or neutered to attend grooming?

No.

Can I bring my cat in for a haircut without a bath?

The bath is recommended for your cat, it keeps their coat clean and the groom lasts longer. Even hairless cats need baths to get the grease off their skin.

If I can't pick up my cat when the groom is finished, can I leave them there? is there a fee?

It's always best to pick up your cat as soon as their groom is finished, we can accommodate you if pick up is in a timely manner, free of charge.

How often should I get my cat groomed?

Depending on their coat type we recommend 4-6 weeks.

When should my cat have its first groom?

The sooner the better! Getting your cat used to the grooming process will help them feel less stressed and more comfortable as time goes by.

Do you offer to do pick up and drop offs?

Not at this time.

Can you do creative cuts?

Yes, we can groom your cat however you'd like as long as the cat has cooperative.

My cat is difficult, are you able to handle difficult cats?

We have a lot of experience with challenging cats, the only time a groom cannot be completed is if the cat is showing extreme aggression and stress.

Can owners stay during the groom?

Owners staying for the groom can be arranged as long as it is discussed and approved beforehand.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, credit & e-transfers.

Can I drop my cat off early?

We would prefer you to drop off your cat on time because this is a one on one setting it allows for a less stressful environment if there are no other distractions around. That being said early drop off can be accommodated on a case by case basis.
